It’s time, it’s time, it’s time for the 14th annual FFA Back to School Mixer.
The Back to School Mixer is the first FFA held event this school year with the intent to encourage participation and excitement of new members and have lots of fun doing it.
Chapter Officer Ashlea Hunt said, “The back to school mixer is a great way to meet all of the incoming kids and new members of the FFA. It helps the officers get to know everyone involved in the FFA.”
This event is occuring September 11th at 6 till 8:30 in the evening in the CTE wing at our high school.
Between tons of different games and jumping in the inflatables, participants will be fed pulled pork sandwiches, chips, and drinks.
Freshman Jonathan Middleton said that he’s going “for the food.” He’s absolutely right in that sense. The AG program is widely known for their excellent food.
Chapter President Landry Boshier said, “I’m looking forward to all the activities we have planned. The officer team is trying to make this party the most fun one we’ve had in a long time. I’m also looking forward to finally getting a chance to reach out to underclassmen and showing them how fun this organization is.”
