After a 3 set victory over Hutto high school in round one of the playoffs, the varsity volleyball team advances to round two.

“I feel very accomplished after Monday nights win. As a team we worked hard to advance to round two,” junior Tionna Owens said. “It’s important we take one game at a time, but I’m excited to see all we can do in our playoff run.”

Varsity will face John Horn high school on nov. 4 at 6:30 p.m. at Lancaster high school. If they win, it will mark the first second-round win since 2018.
